According to License Agreement - you can install system on single URL with one license, though it can be any domain, sub-domain or folder of the domain license is assigned to.

Private objects help you organize help desk within community, so that only authors can and official representatives see topics and comments within topics so they are no in public to provide support

You don't need to renew licenses as it's lifetime license and it won't be locked. It's optional. But if you want to get updates after 1st yeah, you'll need to renew.

You don't need to renew licenses as it's lifetime license and it won't be locked. It's optional. But if you want to get updates after 1st yeah, you'll need to renew.
