SEO related problems

Hi, our SEO Agency comments the following "bugs":

1. Problems with lack of canonical urls and duplicate content, example:

https://help.useresponse.com/WHATEVER will redirect to home page. Duplicate content

But it goes worse, google visits directories even if they are not linked so if it index this url: https://help.useresponse.com/responses/category/widgets

it will also visit: https://help.useresponse.com/responses/category/which returns the home again, duplicate content with no canonical.

This could easily be solved with canonicals.

2. With last update, on our site at least,http://www.factoriadigital.com/comunidad/categories/hosting-wordpress/all/status/popular redirects tohttp://www.factoriadigital.com/comunidad/responses , which shouldnt be like that.

3. The subscribers and participants pages for each posts, in most cases is considered duplicate content by google as most of the content is equal. This can easily be fixed with a noindex, follow in code.
