Scheduled jobs on IIS doesn't work anymore

I ve created scheduled jobs on windows server 2008 r2 in v.2.3.11 and everything works like charm. But with v3.1 i see no reaction in UR. The tasks showing no error.

Okay, please unzip attached archive to /application/3.1/library/Singular and try to launch scheduled job.

Hello,

Could you please launch any schedule job using direct link in your browser and provide us the result of execution. Also look at the last execution time here: /admin/scheduled-jobs when schedule job will be finished.

Hi Alexander,In /admin/scheduled-jobs no action occures except i click on the start buttons.

This is my action worked fine in v2.3 as i use the browser for this link without -f it opens the php file.

Thanks. We have identify the problem. If it's possible, could you install WGET and launch schedule jobs using following command:

PATH_TO_WGET\wget.exe -q --spider EXECUTION_LINK

EXECUTION_LINK can be found here: Administration -> Scheduled Jobs -> Launching Events

Example:

C:\Program Files\wget\wget.exe -q --spider http://test.com/frequently/code/ABCD

WGET can be downloaded here:

If Frequently works fine, then others will also work. The fix for others will be in 3.1.1 release
