Rating changes depending on who is logged in
When I access our site anonymously, and open a particular user's profile, I see the user has a rating of 3. I then log into the site (as an administrator) and look at the same user's profile. Her rating is now 18. When she is logged in, she sees her own rating as 3.
The rating of a user shouldn't change based on who is logged in, should it?
I think the thing is that if user has private responses they relate on rating and those that don't see private objects see rating only based on visible topics.
