Quick Edit changes Private to Public

To reproduce this, in 3.0.2...


Create a new Task, set it to private, or select a private category which grays out the toggle (I have tried both ways) and set who is Responsible, and save.


Private ticket is created correctly, but the Responsible person is not set. The label does not appear. So hit cmd+E for Quick Edit and set the Responsible agent, Save.


Ticket refreshes as Public.


Now if I just click the Edit pencil icon, and do nothing but click Save, the ticket is back to being Private.


I have done this many times tonight so I know I can reproduce it all the time.

Also, if I do NOT use Quick Edit (cmd+E) but use the Options drop down and select Manage Responsible, it does NOT switch the topic to Public.
