If we were to use the cloud useresponse, are we able to customize everything? Will we have LiveChat and also available on phone? Will we also have a knowledge base?
What we want is a combination of liveChat and a knowledge base. Preferably, we would like to integrate both INTO our own website so that our customers are not linked to a different domain. Is this possible? If not, to what extent are we able to customize the portal in which our customers can access the knowledge base?
Furthermore, is chat also available on phone? And is screensharing/monitoring possible?

Yes, it's possible to integrate it on your own domain both in cloud and self-hosted package so you'll have your own URL
Customization could be also done with the help of themes, modules, API, etc
Scrensharing an monitoring is not possible with Live Chat
Also its possible both to use via web or on phone
