Hi,

I am interested in the software, but don't know if my ISP supports all the minimum requirements for installation.

Can I get the test probe script to try before purchasing?

Yes, you can download test probe file at your License Manager here, when you are logged in.

Update: from 1.1 release we support only PHP 5.3.x + we've added Extras area where you can share translations, modules, themes or download them.

See attached image - the link is located at the top-right of the screen above New Response - there all administration and backend links are shown along with Migration tool when you have active license

You are welcome!

One thing to mention.. APC is not required extention if you'll see notification and also, Zend Guard Loader should be installed. If you don't have it, you can ask your webmaster or hosting provider to set it up - they normally do it in 99%

If you have more questions, feel free to ask

Can you recommend some hosting providers that will most likely meet the requirements?

Will godaddy linux hosting work?

Hello Frank,

Godaddy will probably work, but I won't guarantee it, as we never tested it and Godaddy Hosting panel is a bit complicated to use for ordinary user

If you prefer shared hosting - BlueHost or if you require VPS Arvixe will be good.

Mostly any hosting will work that has PHP 5.3, MYSQL 5.x or higher and Zend Guard. We've tested it already on 12 different servers and it worked smooth.

Anyway, we'll be able to help in resolving any issues you can come up with, as when you purchase system, we'll provide you free installation which is valid by the end of January

We're interested in possibly using this software for our Japanese feedback/support as your websites says it has localisation support.

Is there any documentation about the level of Japanese localisation?

And, can you point me towards any Japanese sites/companies that have implemented this software? We would like to see some examples in action.

We installed on DreamHost with all extensions.

ZendGuard and APC are the hard ones, but not that hard. I found some help on their Wiki, followed some steps and managed to create a new file (.php/5.3/phprc) to insert the .so extensions into php.ini config file.

Here are the folder structure: http://cl.ly/D2oa

If you are on a Unix, you won't see anything inside "Config Files" folder, as Unix treats any folder starting with "." as a hidden folder, but you can use terminal command "open ConfigFiles/.php" to see it on your GUI.

David,

We've recently launched product and don't have Japanese clients yet. To check how system works for you - create your demo and follow intructions in our Admin Manual on Languages Page. Make sure to create new language with code ja_JP for Japanese localization
