I see "Edit" link after posting a message but in few minutes (or even less) it disappears forever. Is there any admin option or smth to let users edit/delete messages any time they want?
and as far as i get it there is no native option to allow user delete own posts?
As we can see it, there is no use in that option as official representatives can either pre-moderate it with Moderation module or just move it to trash in case it's useless. But edit is more preferable, even if user wants to delete some part of the content he posted, admin and representatives will have notification in email with initial post

Do you mean you have permissions set in the system as Official Representative or Manage Responses and you can't edit the answer?
You can do it anytime if you have the permissions above set in Admin->Roles for your role. Right under each comment or official answer you'll have edit or update option available to edit response, answer, comment if you have these permissions.

Each author can edit comment or response during 30 minutes after post or comment and there is no native option to change it except in the code.
This is done to let user revise mistakes in the text or update the post.

That is the problem I guess, I just was'nt included to "Official Representative" role. Thank you again!
