Pop Up does not render correctly.

Archived Kevin M. 10 years ago

I Installed the free version on my server and added the code. The pop-up launches fine and there are not JS or HTTP errors, but the layout is trashed. I have attached a screenshot and the head section of the iframe with "mydomain.com" being my system. Thanks [EDIT] Just noticed I was using "simple" interface . "Default" looks better.

Hello Kevin,

We are aware of that problem in simple interface. Please use default instead, and we'll see what we'll do in 3.0 release, as widgets section will be completely rebuilt.

Kevin,

You are welcome. In case any questions, let us know. Better test it in Our Demo in order to check all features of corporate package.

Stas,

Just sitting there waiting for my replies, eh. ;)

Well we are looking to roll out an initial feedback system, so our goal is to actually deploy with the free solution. Get comfortable and then present to management to get buy in to upgrade.

That makes sense, though presentation to management won't be complete, as only 30-40% of the whole system could be found in free package.

Take your time, and hope our software will work for you and your workflow.

Thanks,

My initial goal is to just show that this system is easy to implement, relatively friction free for the end user and that we can manage and be responsive.

All challenges for developers ;)
