Please add a function to split a ticket

Sometimes we receive a customer request which consists of several independent questions. In our current helpdesk we need to create a new ticket in the name of the customer for each of his questions.


I like to propose to add a "Split ticket" function in a future UR-release (if I haven't overseen an existing solution!).
