It's not a bug - it's a feature. If company employee left official answer, other employee can edit and update it, but not change author.
If you want to add something, just add it as comment or if you consider that comment to be the answer or solution, mark it as Best Comment to be in top.

we have lot of Employees replying to the "responses". This approach is "first comes first wins". And it is not motivating anybody to change it when somebody else receives the credit. The 'change" isn't recorded in the History neither. Therefore anybody from the Employees can change my original answer as he wants...

What is the point of changing official answer from one to another, as previous one will be lost, though can have valuable info?
When you leave a comment as employee, you have that special badge under avatar, that tells users that you are representative. So official answer can be only edited, once it's left or updated, but author can't be changed.
My recommendation, tell employees to add comments if official answer is left, or you can customize the code or right module for the system to update the author of official answer.

Lukas,
BTW, good approach here - not sure your answer is a solution - don't post it in official answer :)
