I remember there was a way to add my custom css and javascript.

Where is that option now? I can't see it.

In order to customize your interface, go to Administration - Interface - My Interface while you are at Agents interface.

Sorry, we have reverted back this option to you. Now you should have it.

BTW, with upgrade to enterprise package we are doing basic theme customization for free as a part of enterprise solution. So look forward for your email.
