Move posts between categories ?

I look for a way and possibilities to move question, Posts,ideas and related answers from 1 topic/category to another ?

Is this possible and how is it possible ? If possible can it be done for multiple questions at the same time or just per question which would be a huge work after a while. This can happen as you find out that certain cetegories you defined are not good enough and you want to re-categorize. If you do so you want to move existing Posts to the new categories.
