Are there any migration tools available to import data from getsatisfaction into UseResponse?

Hello Ryan,

Yes, we have migration tool from GetSatisfaction. Once the license is purchased you'll have ability to use the tool at your profile.

Some of our big customers already migrated and satisfied.

We've fixed the problem, and now you can download your migration archive from profile.

With Db you need to import it to your current db that you have after installation and upload files folder on server. Make sure, files directory is writable after you upload new files.

P.S. With installation credit we can do it for you

Let us know if you'll have any problems

We've done about 40 migrations already and so far there are no problems with the data

I may confirm that migration from GS works even for a quite big community. Just a big warning - because GS do not have any public API for access to data, all user profiles won't have correctly set email addresses.

So in my case, I have to write public announce so everyone who wanted to use new system with older existing account, had to write me his new email address.
