Is it possible to gather additional data with the NPS score an user gives.
I would like to gather data, not limited to, what browser/os they are using, user locale, geo-location, etc.

Hello,
it's possible to gather additional information about the user like browser, OS, IP address, country by IP.
This information is available under user card in agents interface.
