Archived Rafael A. 12 years ago

Hi,

When I try to merge two responses, an error message appears and the merge does not complete successfully (Please See the image).

Thanks in advance

The problem was specifically to your installation as it's installed in folder instead of root domain location. On your environment it's fixed and you can use Merge feature.

This fix will be incorporated in the next release.

As I see from the screenshot, you are trying to merge response with itself, but in the field to attach another response there is different link.

Could you please confirm that you are merging the response that is different from the one that is main on the page?

Also if you are doing everything correct, could you please send me temporary access to your system to check it out to support@useresponse.com

We are trying to do merge with two responses completely different from each other, but error message appear.

Right now I am not able to give you access, so the next monday in the morning I will.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The best way if we could have also access to ftp/db if possible, as I guess there was problem with initial merge and there is no rollback action.

We are going to release some improvements in merger module in the next release anyway.

Talk to you on Monday :) and you are welcome

We have sent the login information via email to our environment, this information is also updated on the "License Manager" on our account.

Please let me know if you need more information.

Thanks in advance.
