member count update does not work unless user goes to the UseResponse page

The member count does not update unless our member goes and opens the UseResponse page. Can you show me the code where we can have this count updated without having to go to the UseResponse page?

Please let me know what pages are displaying outdated users' count.

Also make sure you have latest 2.3.1 release. Do you have it in subscribers or participants?

go to http://suggest.sweetcoupons.com/, under Statistics, and user count. I am not sure if this is subscribers or participants - I thought they were the same?

These are users registered in the system. Please update to latest 2.3.1 release as we are not aware of such problem
