Login does not work for Chrome and Firefox
We have encountered some issues where users attempting to login to our instance of Use Response do not get logged in but just get sent back to the login screen. They login and nothing happens, it appears like they are logged in but then try to create an idea and it asks them to login again. Only seems to happen in Chrome and Firefox, IE is fine.
Chrome Version 30.0.1599.101 m
Firefox 24.0
Our instance of Use Response: is version 2.3.8

Just tried to register and login in your system and add new idea, but don't see any problems in Chrome.
Can you delete cookie for your domain and try again? As I can't reproduce the problem neither in our environment, nor in yours.
Also, please update to the latest 2.3.9 release if possible. It shouldn't affect your themes.

I get the same error every so often.
If you login once with "remember me" sometimes afterwards, when you try to login again it will accept it, but won't actually log you in. Then you need to manually clear cookies/cache.
