What can be the reason?

  1. The reason could be in outgoing connection to be closed from your server. Go to your Licenses page, take license.key file and put it to application/configs.
  2. Clean /cache folder

I have just purchased the branding removal and loaded the new license.key and I get the same error as above. What should I do?

Nicole,

Could you please send us to support(at)useresponse.com your ftp info for us to check on the issue?

Just today got this error message. Nothing has changed in our server environment, so I am not sure what happened. Please tell me what I can do to prevent this again, specifically once we put it into production!

Hello Ken,

I think your server tried to get license file after 30 days to validate your license. This won't happen again and only 1 time procedure. So nothing to worry about

Even when I change the URL from DEV to PROD?

Yes, even with Prod license.key

I just reinstalled CentOS to fix an issue with the server and then with a fresh install of UR, and using the latest DB backup, you get the tampered error. When I upload the backup of UR, and use the db, I still get a tampered error. I'm running the free version currently, is there a way to fix this?

Nevermind.. I have UR running on a live site.. It requires a lot of copy and pasting to fix the database but I was able to get back up and running.
