Knowledge base not compatible with mobile interface

When I search via the mobile UI, the knowledge base responses are not included.

Furthermore when I navigate to the knowledge base through the top bar at the mobile UI it is only the top bar that displays the mobile UI, while the rest of the page is the dekstop version. See attached screenshot.
