Javascript error when opening widget
When trying to use the feedback widget on your site, the widget opens, but nothing happens, when i click on the links "ideas", "problems", ...
In the console i see the error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined
I have tried with IE 9, Chrome 17, FireFox 11.
Seems, that jQuery is not referenced correctly.
Jan,
Thanks for reporting a problem.
We are just in process of our major update to UseResponse 1.1 and testing release candidate in our own community, so we could release stable for our customers.
We already fixed it and incorporated widget with new features like searching inside for responses.

As we have rebuilt a lot and integrated many new features that you can already see some of them in the community, we hope to release it today later, but if we are not sure that it's stable, we'll shift it to Monday.
