Is there support for Drupal?

Archived James W. 12 years ago

Just wondering if there are any modules for Drupal, or how single sign on would work with it?

What do you want to do with the drupal modules and what support requires? Could you be more specific please?

Single Sign On can be integrated with any 3rd party app using code in documentation and Login Plus module with 2 methods of SSO integration. There is also discussion in this topic.

In a nuteshell: A native module helps to make integration easy. It also helps to make it easy to assign the response system to a page. If its easy, then more business for you. ;) Most of all, it might act as a bridge, as as new users sign up in Drupal, an account might be created in UR automatically. Anytime I see the word "can be integrated with..." I usually move on. LOL ;)

Keep in mind, the point of joomla, Drupal, Wordpess, etc., is not having to code too much for non-developers.

To integrate SSO will take 5 lines of code to be modified according to your authorization system. We have tons of examples of success integration with WHMCS, Wordpress, Joomla, activeCollab.

We did integration of our client area with support center for 15 minutes with 5 lines of code from example in doc.

At this point, such modules for popular systems are not necessary because you can do everything quickly without them, except that when you want your system to get popular because of various extentions.. but we prefer concentrate on feedback and support system. Instead of building each module or extension, we just have universal bridge - that's it

To whom it may concern.

We are building a social marketplace based on

Drupal platform/CMS.

We are looking for a customer feedback system that

can help us to improve our product and support.

Can your system integrate with Drupal so all users

from our site can vote, ask, sending feedback without signing up a new account separately?

Looking forward to hearing for you soon.

Hello Jon,

Our software can integrate with Drupal without problems and in regards to authentication to use Drupal accounts in system, please refer to OneLogin method of Single Sign-on.

It's available only in Corporate package.
