Is there a way to customize teh look and feel of the widget?
Can i customize the look and feel of the widget itself? the close button rotating is really annoying. We would like to use the fonts, colorscheme and layout similar to the page on which we are requesting feedback.

you can customize the widget colors in the way you like using custom widgets CSS in Administration - Interface.
You need just to apply required styles to the element you want to change.
