System Requirements keeps saying that I have a Issue with the requirement:
MySQL mysqlnd 5.0.8-dev - 20102224 - $Id:
The hint says that the minimum required version is 5.0.
I have MySQL mysqlnd 5.0.8-dev
The MySQL Server is 5.1.49
What is wrong?
We've tweaked Installation script in 2.0 release to eliminate such situations on some environments.

Most likely script can't recognize your real version of MYSQL due to some specifics in version and built name.
Try using file in attached archive and put index.php from it into /installation folder and run installation one more time. The MYSQL version check should pass.
