importing email addresses into UseResponse's database

Archived Henry Der 11 years ago

We have lots of members on our site. We have integrated UseResponse and used the single sign on feature. All new members that sign up as a new member automatically get a UseResponse ID created.

However our old members are not on the UseResponse system. Is there an easy way to import our existing members into the UseResponse system?

Alternatively, is there a way we can manually enter this member data through some admin features?

Thanks.

Hello Henry,

If you integrated SSO, all users that are authorized inside your website or other app, will be automatically logged in or account created in UseResponse.

The only way as of now to transfer the system is using MYSQL database and users table to export/import in PHPMyAdmin. So you just need to enter email and full name. Passwords should be recovered, but as I've mentioned above - users will get into UR automatically.

In 2.3 release SSO will be extended with extra settings.
