How to set up automated backups?

Hi guys!

Trying to set up our UseResponse communities (both of them) to do automated backups so I don't have to login and do it manually every time. :-)

I see this doc for scheduled jobs, but what I don't understand is exactly how do I set up the automated backup. I understand needing to hit a certain URL daily for cron jobs to run, no problem - just don't know how to define the automated backup to run. :-)

To setup backups in your system, please refer to Administration Manual about Backup Module

yep, I see that and I'm able to make manual backups just fine, then I save the file on my computer.

my question is, how do I create a scheduling for them to run automatically? sorry, just not seeing how to do that. :-)

You need to set up daily Scheduled jobs. Use Cron at Cpanel and enter the command from Administration->Scheduled Jobs - Daily to run it on daily basis
