How to search for tickets
How do we search for open and closed tickets by ticket number? Does the search tool allow you to search ticket numbers? I am trying to find an old ticket and I have the ticket ID but having to look through reports is not easy, the ticket number does not show in the report as a sub-column option...
Is this something that will be a bit easier in the new version? Thanks
Hello Lee,
When you are located on tickets page, please enter ticket id or part of it and the results should come up. This option is available only in the right search bar on tickets page.
In 4.0 version this option would be available system wide in agents interface
