How to raise a ticket for a client

A clients calls me or leave a message on a different id. he does not raise a support ticket but I want to make this a support ticket for the client.


How can I make this new ticket so that the client is also informed and it also shows that the ticket was raised by him.

Hello Kapil,


Any agent in the system can specify ticket author so that user would be updated. That way you can record any ticket coming from any channel and state ticket author. All you have to know is author name or email.
