How to properly setup incomming mail?
Currently running 3.0.2 and noticed that email replies were not working at all, so setup a new incoming mailbox, we happen to use google apps. I then changed the outgoing to the exact same email address.
The conflicts log is empty, all 3 cron tasks are running with green check marks, but there is a big red X for:
Mailbox that Checks for Replies
Incoming or outgoing mailbox(es) are not set or different
When I go to Incoming and test connection, says connected to mail box, you have one unread messages. And the connection says OK.
What am I doing wrong?
OK, so an update, and just as frustrated.
Added the imap extension to the server, restarted php-fpm.
Tested out replying, nothing. Went to the Conflicts tab:
Author data are not specified!
So here is the question: Is this because its not working in 3.0.2, or is something else wrong?
I do currently have a user setup with the same email account, should I not?

Okay, so I made sure none of the accounts are using the email account help@juicyads.com. But I get the exact same 'Author data are not specified!' error.

We've identified bug in 3.0.2 release where incoming mailbox doesn't work correctly. Also reviewing 3.1 release in order for that feature to work smoothly.

Okay, something I will revisit once I have installed 3.1. Thanks!

Did you check it in 3.1.3 latest release? it should work now as expected.

Have not updated from 3.1.2 yet. Have a presentation tomorrow so I sure as heck am not trying to update it tonight! But will look into it next week.
