How to hide Knowledge Base

We only want to show the Feeback module. Can we hide the Knowledge Base, Help Desk and Live Chat modules

In order to hide Knowledge Base, just go to Administration - Knowledge Base and turn off Articles and FAQs. Also do the same with top tab at Administration - Interface -Home Screen.


Help Desk and Live Chat are not used by default if they are not set up. So they would be visible only at agents backend in specific areas.
