How long after a ticket is deleted before the data is purged from cloud database?

If we have sensitive logs, we would like to be able to have the ticket quickly deleted.

Also, how long before it will be removed from backups?

Hello Chris,

It takes 10 days for the data to be deleted completely from our main server and backup servers. If you want to store sensitive data and be able to delete it immedietly, it's better to use your own server and self-hosted solution.
