How easy is it to integrate UR with a standard CRM?
With the full access is it easy to integrate with other applications, like a CRM? Wondering if anyone has had experience with this. We manage our defects in our CRM so being able to connect posts or tickets to a defect ID, maybe just the ability to search and locate a defect ID and then link it to a post/ticket/KB article would be our end goal. Any thoughts?
