I see Reminders in Dashboard but I haven't come across where Reminders setting was created.
For ex. I want to alert/remind agents that a post hasn't been answered for 24 hrs
Please go to any topic and under Options click on Set a Reminder option
Ok thanks, but this is too manual. Is there a way to set auto reminders to agents if post is left unanswered or no response in 24 hrs?
We have automated notifications in plans for upcoming releases.
Now any agent can track assignments and see what topics or tickets left not answered in the dashboard

Will this be included in the 3.3 release?
Sorry, we don't have plans on that. Also, reminders in 3.3 would be deprecated due to internal notes future integration for agents.
