How can I add new Response status
Hello Support,
Could you please let me know, How can I add new Response status ( In problem section we have known, In progress, Not a problem) in the useresponse system?
Like we would like to add new response status.
Is it possible? if yes let me know how can i achive?

It would be sufficient to add a record to ur_response_statuses
database table (use existing one with "type" field equal to "problem" as example).

80% of the statuses are connected logically to the system, so you either rename them in order to not remove, as some logic in providing support will be lost.
