host:port format no longer supported?
I used to have my development server on http://localhost:89/
I tried installing a fresh copy of UR 3.1 and while the installation worked fine, it keeps redirecting http://localhost:89/forum/ to http://localhost/forum which is not configured to work.
However this problem wasn't there for the 3.0 beta
