Has this function been removed: "Set a reminder"

I thought I have a used a "set a reminder" function a few days ago. Today, I can't find it anymore.

Could you please help?

Here is why we are great fans of this function:

Sometimes clients ask us something which we can't answer directly. We want to remind ourselfs to come back to the request at a certain date.

This feature is in place and available in the bottom next to submit button when you add a note
