German users for discussion? Our IT is strictly against useresponse because of install problems
It´s like fighting against windmills and I hope you can help me. I´m not working in the IT but in charge of our service department and I want to use useresponse but our IT says they had huge problems to install the demo and this product is unprofessional... I´d like to talk to one of your German customers if possible to brick the walls here. Who´s using it?

We don't have demo that can be installed on your server. Only demo we have is created online on our servers.
Maybe your it department tried to install Free Version which is totally encoded and requires Zend Guard Loader? In this case, your department couldn't just install Zend Guard Php extention!
In what aspects your guys think our system is not professional?
We are always open to listen to customer opinion. Just weird to hear that when system is 100% customizable and includes themes, support modules
We have many customers worldwide including such names as Avast, CPanel, WWF

BTW, commercial package don't require Zend Guard Loader and it takes max 15 minutes to install it with built-in installer
There is also an option for us to install it for you by purchasing installation credit

Thanks for your quick reply! We ask another local service provider to install the software and I get back to you asap. Our own IT wants an external service provider to do that... Best regards
