Even with FAQs turned off, button displays on KB template

I am running 3.0.2 and have turned FAQs off. For starters it is clear the CSS is not complete for them, and I am not exactly a fan of them opening in a modal dialog, so I have turned them off in the Admin. And in almost every place they existed before, they are no longer there: No longer under Manage, no longer under the green + menu.

But there is still a FAQs button in the right sidebar of the KB template, as you can see in this screen shot below. I am going to find that and see if I can disable it.

Note that FAQs is correctly removed from the left column of /knowledge-base/articles.

It looks like _left_area.phhtml has the logic to hide FAQs but _block_article_types.phtml does not.
