Error while submitting a response

I'm getting this error while submitting a response:

The given destination is not a directory or does not exist

The site is hosted on subdomain.

The problem was in missing public/files/temp directory. I don't know why it wasn't created with Files Module being installed.

Now everything works fine on your server.

We are not aware of that issue. Could you please send full crash report that you get to support(at)useresponse.com

If possible, please send also FTP access for us to check on the problem.
