Error in Single Sign On Module after installation process

Hi,


We need to use the Single Sign Option; and after the installation process is done, when I try to access to the module appears an error message (see image), but the options that the demo online has, do not appear.

I would recommend uninstalling Login Plus and installing it again.

When I try to uninstall the module appears other message error (see image)

The problem is that initially files or login plus was installed incorrectly. Please provide FTP and db access to our email if you have changed it so we can take a look

The ftp and DB access is setup in my account, in the section "licence manager".

I can't access web interface (PHPMyAdmin) Could you please check it and update db host or provide it in Support Chat at our home page?
