Emails sent for new Knowledge Base articles?
So here is a question I have from one of our managers. Why do they get an email every time there is a new KB article added?
That is sort of annoying. It makes sense for ideas/problems/questions/thanks, but not really for KB.
Any way to prevent these excessive emails? Besides the user setting of once a day?

Currently there is no way to switch off these emails, but in 3.x notification system is significantly changes, and all agents will receive notifications according rules set in admin area. Registered users will receive notifications only if they are subscribed.
