Emails - Not Being Sent

Version: 2.3.3


Emails are not being sent/received at all. Creating a new account, requesting lost password or any other form of email is not being created. I tried a 100% fresh install on a completely different server and the issue still occurs.


As a note, I cannot upgrade to the newest version as I am unable to login as an Administrator to do this because no registration or forgot password email arrives with the password.

Hello,

In order to upgrade system, you don't need to login as Administrator inside system, but in upgrade script. Though, if you don't have ability to recover password, we can assist you and take a look at the problem if you provide us with FTP access.

As I can see, you have outdated version of UseResponse installed, but we never had such problems with sending emails, so most likely it's Mailing settings in Administration area where you should put SMTP server to send emails instead of native method or vice versa.
