Double quotes do not work in item title

Entering a title with double quotes in it causes the title to be truncated at the double quote when the entry is submitted.

For example:

1. I type: Who is "Bob"?

2. I hit Continue

3. The system shows me potential matches. I click New Response

4. The title is populated with: Who is

I would expect title to say: Who is "Bob"?

We've caught that bug 2 days ago. It would be fixed in 1.0.2 that is coming live in about 1 week.
