Does ':count more thanks' save properly?

So I am going through and changing all the English translations to what we need, such as changing "Thanks" to "Praise" and I notice when I change ':count more thanks' and click the save icon (get green check) and then later I went back and searched for "thanks" again I noticed that the translation for ':count more thanks' was blank, even though I had filled in.

I further inspected the /custom/localization/en/dictionary.php and I did notice the line:

1. ':count more thanks' => ':count more praise',

So it appears to save it out to the dictionary.php file, but does not display it in the Admin UI. I also do not even know where ':count more thanks' is displayed to test it.
