Is there any way to backup and export my content? (articles, forum posts...)

Thanks!

You can export topics and tickets in reports - browse section. Also there is option to export users on users list page.

Other options are not available unless you want to print any article or announcement

How do I export the comments on a topic? (Cloud version)

Do you need to export them only one time? We can export and provide the comments for you.

Probably once a week. If the comments are keyed via a unique id for the topic, so we'd have to do a "join" to match them up, we could handle that.

Thanks.

Can you pull them via REST API?

I'll have to study up on the API. Any sample code?

You can retrieve comments for specified object using the URL like this:

https://help.useresponse.com/api/3.0/objects/2586/comments.json

Please pay attention to API Doc that is attached under this article in order to find out more details.
