Chat integration with ejabberd
We have installed Corporate 2.0 version UseResponse. We would like to use our own service as a Jabber-server . We installed ejabberd, add a module mod_webpresence, configure it, and registered user operator@domain.name. After that it became possible to obtain the status of user activity on the link http://domain.name:5280/presence/jid/operator/domain.name/js?cb=lvBuildChat. The return status corresponds to the actual activity status.
After configuring the Chat Widget and placing it on our site, we can see the rectangle of the widget with the current status of the user operator (green circle). However, when clicking on the widget, it increases, displays "Connecting ..." and after a while we see a message that the operator is not available and red circle as operator status.
What we doing wrong?
