Changing Status changes Private objects to Public
I am not sure if this would be related to "Quick Edit" as it is not part of that form, but it sort of produces the same result.
If I click on the Status to the right of the Title and change it that way, it changes a previously Private object to Public. If instead I click the Edit icon and change the status from the Edit form, a previously Private object stays Private.
I can also confirm that this issue exists with the command-click action on the All Topics screen. If I change the status from here, it makes private objects public.
