how can I change category of the question posted by the user? Some users don't know to apply the right category and it needs to be moderated. I didn't find a way to do it trhough Moderation module, although I have full admin rights. What is the right way to do it?
The right way to edit response and change any settings on full response page, you'll see action buttons right below official answer box.
Make sure you are logged in as user with admin or manage_people permissions.

I've got admin rights, but I don't see such an option on my site. Could you please clarify it with a screenshot? Please, note that I am trying to edit the original question that the user asked, not the answer.

While trying to work around this issue, I ran this on IE. To my great surprise I found that the software is not working well on IE9. After login, it doesn't show my avatar on the top right side. Although it looks like I'm logged in. Very confusing...

Could you please clean cache in the system by going to Administration page and take a look if it worked for you?
Also, if you provide ftp access on License Manager page, we'll be able to see in more details what problems it has with IE9.
System should work fine with IE8,9 and it's -pretty weird that you are referring to these problems.
