Can't login

Archived Michael M. 11 years ago

I have just installed Useresponse on a Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server. The server is running and I get the main page when typing in the url for the server.

If I try to login or register a new user I get "The requested url /login was not found on this server"... I have tried to reinstall, that is, delete all inclusive the database and recopy the scripts to the web server with the same result. What to do...?

Do you mean the URL for the server? If so that is useresponse.arkitema.dk

Michael,

Please make sure via FTP client that you have .htaccess file in the folder where UseResponse is installed, as it seems that it wasn't uploaded. Please confirm

If you put it in the folder it should work without problems.

Well... It dosen't work. I have copied the .htaccess file from the installation to the root of the /var/www/ folder where I have installed the server.

You need to put .htaccess from archive like in archive. On the same level, where /application, /public and other folders are located.

If it was taken from archive, and put in the same directory, then we don't know how to help you unless FTP access is provided. But such option is available only to customers with Corporate package.

Sorry
