Can you specify the users that are allowed to create tickets
Hi,
Our organization has 3 types of users and all must be registered to the system
Agent - tickets are assigned to them
User - he can ask questions, share ideas, etc but he can't create tickets.
UserPlus - same as user but he's the only type of user allowed to create tickets
Is this possible to do ?

By default it's possible with some tweaks need to be done to the system to make the difference between users and usersplus in creating tickets.
